CASHIER
CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD
When depositing by Credit Card or Debit Card your balance must remain in your account until you complete a 1x rollover.
Please make sure your information is on file. (Card pictures, ID and/or any other required)
Players can have one or more credit/debit cards registered to their account. Please note that all credit cards registered must match the name and address we have on your account.
Winnings generated by cards under a different name will not be granted. Also note that banks and credit card companies may apply an international fee/currency conversion for credit card transactions. Fee difference will be covered based on 3% of the deposit amount.
Winnings are considered anything over the deposit plus bonus and/or any fees reimbursed. The stake will be subject to the terms and conditions of the selected promotion.
CASH METHODS
Players will have at least 9 different person to person options (brands) to make their cash deposit.
Most of these brands are available either at a physical store or online.
Players will be assigned a receiver’s name and destination country to send the deposit through the brand of their choice. This can be done from the cashier or by contacting our Customer Service.
Once the player made the deposit with the brand, they will be provided with a transaction reference number, which the player needs to provide us with, so we can collect the funds and post them on the player’s betting account.
Note: There are another couple of cash options that are done through a phone app, so we will provide the player with an email address to send the funds to from the app, once they’ve installed it. For more information about this option, please contact us directly.
VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS
An important step that every player needs to take is making sure to verify their identity. This process usually takes a few hours to complete, but once finished you should never have to do it again. Your best option is to complete this process as soon as you can.
What documents are required?
Additional documentation is required to verify your account. Payouts cannot be fulfilled until verification is completed. Speed up your payout by ensuring your account information is up to date, and all necessary documentation is on file.
In order to verify your recent transaction(s), please upload a clear photo of the each of the following:
- Photo ID
- Proof of Address
- Photo copy of your credit / debit card (front and back)
Keep in mind that some payouts cannot be requested until all documents are verified.

IDENTITY VALIDATION
A set of 3 multiple choice questions will be presented to you in order to verify your identity prior to using your card.
ECHECKS
Requests made Monday through Friday before 12 noon ET will be reviewed the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days for the e-check to clear.
PERSON TO PERSON
Funds are sent to the player in the form of cash. The player will have to go to a physical store and, with a transaction number provided by us, the player will be able to collect the funds. Showing a valid ID at the store is required.
These requests can be made Monday through Saturday, before 10am ET, and will be available for pick up no later than next day at noon.
E-WALLETS
We have 3 different options (brands) to send funds to the player into their wallets. Funds are sent electronically and will show in the players' wallet once paid.
Requests made Monday through Friday before 12 noon ET will be available the same day at 8 pm ET.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
Requests can be made Monday through Friday, before 9am EST. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to hit the bank account.

First, you will need to have an active Bitcoin wallet. For a list of recommended Bitcoin Exchanges please visit: www.coinchapter.com. After you pick the service that suits you the best and purchase Bitcoins, all you need is to transfer funds to your account, so please follow these simple steps:
- Log in and click Deposit and select Bitcoin. Enter the amount you want to deposit between $20 and $2000 per transaction and click on "Deposit to Account" to generate the Bitcoin Address and QR scan code.
- Our system will assign a unique wallet address for this transaction and the conversion rate for the next 15 minutes.
- Copy our Bitcoin Address and go to your funded Bitcoin wallet. Send us Bitcoins from your Bitcoin Wallet, by pasting our Bitcoin address into the ‘Send BTC’ Field. After you complete this process, you will see the USD equivalent of the Bitcoin in your betting account.
OTHER CRYPTO CURRENCIES
In addition to BTC, we also accept alternative crypto currencies such as BCH, BTG, DOGE, DASH, ETH, LTC, QTUM, XLM, XRP & ZEC.

Instructions:
- Log in to your account and in the Cashier Tab click on “Deposit” and select Other Crypto. Select the crypto currency of your preference and enter the amount you want to deposit between $20 and $2,000, click on "Deposit to Account" to generate the address.
- Our system will assign a unique wallet address for this transaction and the conversion rate which will be available for the next 24 hours. Copy that address.
- Go to the e-wallet you would like to use to fund your account and send the desired amount to the copied address.
- After you finish that process and the transaction is completed, you will see the USD equivalent of the crypto currency amount you sent, credited into your betting account.
CRYPTOCURRENCIES
Requests made Monday through Friday before 9 AM ET will be processed no later than 2:00 PM ET. Requests made before 2:00 PM ET will be processed no later than 8:00 pm ET.
Requests made Saturday before 10:30 AM ET will be processed no later than 1:00 PM ET.
Each crypto payout request must be sent to a unique crypto address. For further info please refer to our "Know your customer" tab in our House Rules section.”
CRYPTOCURRENCIES REASONS FOR DELAYS
Given how quickly the value of Bitcoin can change, it can become extremely stressful when you see your payment take longer than expected. While delays in Bitcoin payments can be frustrating, there is often a simple reason why it has yet to reach completion. Let’s take a look at some of the reasons why your Bitcoin payment might still be on hold.
COMMON REASONS FOR DELAYS
- Bogged down in the Mempool queue – Any time you perform a transaction using Bitcoin, the payment goes into the Mempool queue, where they will await Blockchain approval. Some cryptocurrencies move faster than others, but there is no set time in place, so if your payment has yet to process, it is most likely still sitting in the queue.
- Transaction fee problems – Fees can be high when making a payment, but if they are set too low, this can potentially cause a delay in the payment processing. If you believe this might be the issue, cancel the transaction and set a higher fee.
- Network is busy – While it is possible to avoid network delays by putting a high transaction fee in place, there is still no guarantee that your payment will post quickly if the network is congested.
OTHER POTENTIAL PROBLEMS
- A lack of available miners – This is not a particularly common issue with Bitcoin, given that there are always miners at work, but it could be an issue when paying with less popular forms of cryptocurrency.
- Spam and/or dusting attacks – Both types of attacks can impact transaction speeds. With a spam attack, a single user loads up the network with countless small transactions to a single address to slow things down. In contrast, a dusting attack sees hackers send small amounts of Bitcoin to potentially thousands of different addresses.
- Slow internet speeds – This can be an issue on both ends, with the sender and the recipient forced to wait if one or the other has a slow internet connection.
