First, you will need to have an active Bitcoin wallet. For a list of recommended Bitcoin Exchanges please visit: www.coinchapter.com. After you pick the service that suits you the best and purchase Bitcoins, all you need is to transfer funds to your account, so please follow these simple steps:

• Log in and click Deposit and select Bitcoin. Enter the amount you want to deposit between $20 and $25,000 per transaction and click on "Deposit to Account" to generate the Bitcoin Address and QR scan code.


• Our system will assign a unique wallet address for this transaction and the conversion rate for the next 15 minutes.


• Copy our Bitcoin Address and go to your funded Bitcoin wallet. Send us Bitcoins from your Bitcoin Wallet, by pasting our Bitcoin address into the ‘Send BTC’ Field. After you complete this process, you will see the USD equivalent of the Bitcoin in your betting account.

Instructions:

• Log in to your account and in the Cashier Tab click on “Deposit” and select Other Crypto. Select the crypto currency of your preference and enter the amount you want to deposit between $20 and $25,000, click on "Deposit to Account" to generate the address.


• Our system will assign a unique wallet address for this transaction and the conversion rate which will be available for the next 24 hours. Copy that address.


• Go to the e-wallet you would like to use to fund your account and send the desired amount to the copied address.


• After you finish that process and the transaction is completed, you will see the USD equivalent of the crypto currency amount you sent, credited into your betting account.

CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD

When depositing by Credit Card or Debit Card your balance must remain in your account until you complete a 1x rollover.

Please make sure your information is on file. (Card pictures, ID and/or any other required)

Players can have one or more credit/debit cards registered to their account. Please note that all credit cards registered must match the name and address we have on your account.

Winnings generated by cards under a different name will not be granted. Also note that banks and credit card companies may apply an international fee/currency conversion for credit card transactions. Fee difference will be covered based on 3% of the deposit amount.

Winnings are considered anything over the deposit plus bonus and/or any fees reimbursed. The stake will be subject to the terms and conditions of the selected promotion.

CASH METHODS

Players will have at least 9 different person to person options (brands) to make their cash deposit.

Most of these brands are available either at a physical store or online.

Players will be assigned a receiver’s name and destination country to send the deposit through the brand of their choice. This can be done from the cashier or by contacting our Customer Service.

Once the player made the deposit with the brand, they will be provided with a transaction reference number, which the player needs to provide us with, so we can collect the funds and post them on the player’s betting account.

Note: There are another couple of cash options that are done through a phone app, so we will provide the player with an email address to send the funds to from the app, once they’ve installed it. For more information about this option, please contact us directly.

VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS

An important step that every player needs to take is making sure to verify their identity. This process usually takes a few hours to complete, but once finished you should never have to do it again. Your best option is to complete this process as soon as you can.

What documents are required?

Additional documentation is required to verify your account. Payouts cannot be fulfilled until verification is completed. Speed up your payout by ensuring your account information is up to date, and all necessary documentation is on file.

In order to verify your recent transaction(s), please upload a clear photo of the each of the following:

• Photo ID
• Proof of Address
• Photo copy of your credit / debit card (front and back)

Keep in mind that some payouts cannot be requested until all documents are verified.
